The NSA Secretary/Treasurer gave a financial report, the Executive Board members presented annual reports for their various standing committees, all soccer program Directors presented their annual reports for their respective areas of responsibility, the Referee Administrator gave an annual report, the Executive Director presented an annual report and the President gave an annual report, which is attached for your review.
Elections were held for open positions on the Executive Board, for two year terms beginning January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013 as follows:
Elected as President & Executive Board Member: David McEachern
Elected as Executive Board Members at Large: Jin Arnstein, Rodney Fraser, Keith Harris
Annual Awards were presented as follows:
